Iceland Elopement Photographer
Yes, Iceland has been a great destination for Elopement Photographers or engagement sessions last years.
Internet is full of pictures of couples in front outstanding sceneries of this amazing island, by this reason when my good friend Don invited me to help him with my photography experience and skills ( like other occasions, for example, check coverages in Provence, South of France or Guiling in China ) I only put one condition : “let me try to shoot pictures totally different that all the other elopements or weddings seen before in Iceland, not another copycat of interchangeable couples in the same thousand time repeated places…I always want to express my point of view, focused to the couple, not just in the landscape”. Don’s answer was clear: “absolutely, this is exactly the reason why I want you join me in this adventure“. Yeah!! We are a great team working together!!! And this time was special because Don stayed focused a lot in video shooting ( yeahh!! special thanks for helping me with the dron to light the couple at night in the image in front lava river )) .

This is a very few selection of my favorites pictures of Thu & Minh’s Iceland Adventure, was great 4 days there, full of funny moments, relaxed, no stress or to much worry about make staged epic pictures, no, just driving and improvising on the fly, perfect for my fresh and spontaneous style of photography.
Ah!!! And next year, in june, will be their wedding in Boston (USA), and we will go there to capture an epic wedding, of course, I’m counting the days!!!.
I love 100 % Iceland, I need to see more of this land!!! I want to come back there for another amazing ( and totally different ) session…maybe your’s? Why not?
