Whenever a couple trust us from the other side of the world we are really proud but at the same time is a great responsibility.
In this case, from Montreal (Canada) contacted us these young&cool couple who loves our vision…to document their wedding in Costa Rica !
We love this kind of challenges.
My main concern, as I always say, when I shoot pictures and then edit them , is not so much to give prominence to the wonderful location chosen for the wedding or any objects that decorate it , but be faithful to the love story told , be loyal to particular spirit of each couple , capture it in all its essence and use all our knowledge ( and why not , also other elements such as landscape or other details ) always depending on the story , protagonists main of it … and only them.
Yes, this wedding was in a beautiful place like Costa Rica , in Playa Flamingo ( Guanacaste ) with the incredible light of sunset and waves bathing the feet of the guests, we added some pictures at the end of the story shooted in a wonderful ” hidden gem ” such as Los Llanos del Cortez waterfalls, Ah!, and the top three images taken from an amazing boudoir session two days before … yes, there is all this and more , but mostly this collection wants to be a true reflection of how they are, about how Echo & Devin love one another and their family and friends.
Nothing more … nothing less.
That’s the most important thing for them and for us.

Siempre que una pareja confía en nosotros desde otra parte del mundo nos llena de orgullo a la vez que es una enorme responsabilidad que con gusto asumimos cada vez más.
En éste caso, desde Montreal ( Canadá ) contactaron con nosotros esta joven y bella pareja enamorados de nuestra visión …¡¡para documentar su boda en Costa Rica!!
Sabéis que que nos encantan los retos, y éste no lo iba a ser menos.
Mi principal preocupación, lo digo siempre, al hacer fotografías y luego editarlas, no es tanto dar el protagonismo a la localización escogida para la boda o a los objetos que la adornan, por muy espectaculares que sean ambos, sino ser fiel a la historia de amor que hay que contar, ser leal al espíritu particular de cada pareja, capturarlo en toda su esencia y utilizar todo nuestros conocimientos ( y por qué no, también otros elementos como el paisaje u otros detalles ) siempre en función de la historia, de los personajes principales de la misma…y de sólo ellos.
Sí, ésta boda es en un lugar precioso como Costa Rica, en Playa Flamingo, con la increíble luz de la puesta del sol y las olas bañando los pies de los invitados, con algunas imágenes al final del reportaje en una maravillosa “gema escondida” como son las Cataratas de Los Llanos del Cortez, ah! y tres imágenes al principio extraídas de un increíble reportaje boudoir que realizamos un par de días antes…sí, hay todo esto y más, pero ante todo ésta selección quiere ser un fiel reflejo de cómo son y se quieren Echo & Devin.
Nada más…y nada menos.
Eso es lo más importante, para ellos y para nosotros.
